Returns
- Only damage or wrong product can be returned.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- To initiate a return, simply email us at return@markitnow.in with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Received the wrong design or a defective item? Don’t worry! We’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost. Just contact us with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Non-returnable Items
- For hygiene and quality reasons, customized or personalized bookmarks cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
